Another vote for a mailed hard copy . . . Out of six attempts, only one (1) download started (first page, upside down) and then choked, displaying a spinning working icon, but no data packet(s) transferred/downloaded.
Still unable to download convention info and registration form....very frustrating.....seriously considering not attending convention because of this.
If this is the best we can do as an association we will have a hard time recruiting or retaining members.
I enjoy the association and want to continue to attend the conventions however this reminds me of when I was working, having to pull teeth to get the things you need. I was hoping to leave that behind after retiring.
If this can't be fixed QUICKLY, and time is running out, this e-newsletter is a miserable failure.
Sorry to say, I had no problem downloading & reading all 12 pages. However, I have a relatively new computer with plenty of juice(1 t storage, 12 m memory) with Windows 10. With my old Windows XP, MS stopped supporting it and it was hard and slow to get anything. As for upside down pictures (advertisement), I just right clicked and clicked on Rotate Clockwise, till I got it right side up. Now, that also rotates everything, so you have to right click again, etc. to get everything else right side up again. Hope this helps.

Unable to print pages 2-5. If we are going to have problems go back to a copy mailed to us by USPS.

Cannot get all pages. First page is upside down. Other pages are blank. I suggest we go back to mailing the hard copy.
