Dear Mr. McKinney:

It was a pleasure to spend time with you during your recent visit to United States Marshals Service (USMS) Headquarters. Thank you for participating in the USMS African American History Month Program Observance on February 12, 2014. I was honored to have you, who once served as Acting Director of the Agency, present at an event recognizing civil rights in America.

I enjoyed the informative and entertaining stories you shared with us regarding your experiences with both the USMS and United States Navy. You have always been an inspiration to me, and I am pleased that Marshals Service employees had the opportunity to hear about the Agency’s rich history from someone who played an important role in making the USMS as diverse and successful as it is today.

Thank you again for your participation in our program. It was great to see you, and I appreciate the continued support of the United States Marshal’s Service Administration.

Sincerely,

Stacia A Hylton Director

Louie T. McKinney

President United States Marshals Service Association
